Mary Anne Gift Shop
The “Mary Ann” gift shop in the Miamisburg History Center is named in honor of a well-known shop in town. The Mary Ann Shop, which opened in 1939, was owned and operated for over 50 years by Mary K. Masters and her family on the first floor of the Market Square building. The shop name was a combination of Mary's first and her daughter Shirley Ann's middle name--therefore, Mary Ann Shop. The Shop specialized in ladies wear, hosiery, gifts, and infants' wear.
